The ESFRD CEO gave notice on 6% discount on the repayment of loans by SAHA for projects that will succeed to export their products.
By the report of ESFRD's Public Relations, in a joint meeting held with the Deputy of Research and Technology of Science Minister at the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, referring to special package of the Fund for quick and easy support of electronics industries companies, Vahdat said: Equipping reference and specialized laboratories, obtaining domestic and international approvals, short-term specialized training courses, applied research, development of market and participating in local and international exhibitions are included in the special facilities by SAHA that the applicant companies can easily attempt to obtain affordable loans.
Stressed on that the Fund has considered a 6% discount on loan interest for projects succeeding to export their products, Vahdat added: The Fund grants exhibition facilities to those companies planning to participate in exhibitions at home and abroad to develop the market and provide ground for exporting their products.
He added: However, some negotiations have been made with the lobby exports of the Vice President for Science and Technology so that the referred companies can benefit from the services and facilities of the ESFRD.
Pointed to the SAHA readiness to cooperate with Research and Technology Funds, he said: In this connection, we are trying to cooperate with research and technology funds in the area of evaluation and monitoring the projects supported by the Fund.
Stating that a joint cooperation is started with Khwarizmi and Sheikh Baha'i Festival Awards, Vahdat clarified: Based on an agreement that would be made in the near future with these two festivals, SAHA is ready to support the superior initiatives (projects) of these two festivals in the form of granting loans, and SAHA facilities can be placed in the prizes basket of these festivals.
